What you will do
- Develop and maintain joint business plans with strategic partners to achieve shared revenue goals.
- Drive pipeline development through partner-led opportunities and coordinate with internal Account Executives.
- Build and expand relationships with key partner stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of new partners within the ecosystem.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as revenue generation, deal registration, and certifications.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling success stories and promote partner-driven business outcomes.
Requirements
- Fluent English required; German or French proficiency is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in a partner-facing sales role within the enterprise software or cloud services industry.
- Expertise in managing complex relationships and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and partner performance using CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari.
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions, including Linux, Hybrid Cloud, and AI, into business value propositions.
