TL;DR

What you will do

  • Engage strategic enterprise accounts to demonstrate the value of the HashiCorp technology portfolio.
  • Lead complex sales campaigns involving multiple stakeholders across Development, IT Operations, and Security.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to contract close and renewal.
  • Align technical solutions with specific customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Build and maintain a healthy revenue pipeline while providing accurate weekly business forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and executive staff to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must have authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Extensive experience in strategic sales and enterprise customer development with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Deep proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software, Security, and Open Source business models.
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Operational discipline in business planning, forecasting, and utilizing tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities effectively using the MEDDPICC methodology.
