General Manager

We’ve already gone from 0 to 1 in LATAM: launched the product, built the first team, proved demand, and generated real revenue.
Now we need to scale — and we’re looking for the person who can lead that next chapter.
What you'll own:
— Full P&L for LATAM: revenue, profit, growth
— Marketing, sales, and educational delivery across the region
— A local team you'll lead and continue to grow
— The full acquisition, conversion, and retention funnel
You're a fit if:
— You've been a Country Manager or Regional GM with hard P&L targets
— You've led teams across cultures and geographies
— You're strong in at least two of: growth marketing, sales, operations
— Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus
