What you will do
- Articulate and execute a long-term vision for your assigned business segment.
- Own the P&L and make strategic decisions regarding resource allocation.
- Build deep expertise on market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points.
- Define and refine value propositions and pricing to differentiate the offer.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, including renewal and expansion efforts.
- Collaborate with product, insurance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure segment success.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading a business, product category, or segment.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data for a 360-degree market view.
- Proven ability to establish transversal influence and work with senior leadership.
- Generalist mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to complexity and uncertainty.
