What you will do

  • Articulate and execute a long-term vision for your assigned business segment.
  • Own the P&L and make strategic decisions regarding resource allocation.
  • Build deep expertise on market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points.
  • Define and refine value propositions and pricing to differentiate the offer.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, including renewal and expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate with product, insurance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure segment success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading a business, product category, or segment.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data for a 360-degree market view.
  • Proven ability to establish transversal influence and work with senior leadership.
  • Generalist mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to complexity and uncertainty.
