Location: Remote

Role Overview
We are an ambitious iGaming startup operating a B2B solution on a third-party platform. We have moved past the initial setup phase: our processes are established, our infrastructure is live, and our team is fully formed.
We are now looking for a seasoned Head of Operations to take over the day-to-day management of the business from the CEO. Your mission is to ensure the stability of existing operations, drive further growth, and allow the CEO to focus on global strategy and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Provide end-to-end oversight of daily business activities, monitoring departmental efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Platform & Vendor Management: Manage the relationship with our third-party platform provider and external vendors to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Payments & Business Continuity: Oversee the payment infrastructure to ensure 24/7 operations, focusing on high Approval Rates (AR) and stable FTD/STD channels within the CIS market.
- Financial & Resource Management: Collaborate closely with the CFO to manage the P&L, optimize resource allocation, and ensure budget compliance and profitability.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve key product indicators (LTV, ARPU, R2D) by coordinating between Marketing, Retention, and Product teams.
- Risk & Governance: Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with offshore iGaming and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Executive Partnership: Act as a key partner to the CEO, providing regular reporting, preparing technology proposals, and driving management strategies.
Your Profile
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or Operations Director within the offshore iGaming industry.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the CIS market, particularly regarding payment landscapes and industry trends.
- B2B Acumen: Experience working with third-party platforms and White Label solutions; ability to drive efficiency when working with external technical constraints.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Leadership: Strong people management abilities, with experience mentoring senior staff and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
