What you will do

• Own the full P&L for the Brazil portfolio, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Define and execute growth strategies, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand positioning.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Account Managers, Content Editors, and SEO Specialists.
• Collaborate with Product and SEO teams to optimize funnels, conversion rates, and monetization streams.
• Monitor iGaming regulations and ensure all affiliate content complies with local requirements.
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to support market expansion and M&A initiatives.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese and English proficiency required.
• 5+ years of experience in business management and affiliate marketing.
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian digital ecosystem, SEO content, and betting markets.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver commercial growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with leadership experience across content and commercial functions.
