What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with resellers, distributors, MSPs, and SI partners across the EMEA region.
  • Drive partner enablement to ensure partners can effectively position products, qualify opportunities, and navigate sales plays.
  • Develop and execute joint plans with priority partners to increase partner-sourced pipeline and regional growth.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders, AEs, and Marketing to align partners with appropriate accounts and go-to-market motions.
  • Identify and recruit high-potential regional partners to expand market coverage where opportunities exist.
  • Maintain a consistent operating cadence through business reviews, pipeline check-ins, and account mapping.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing channel, reseller, distributor, MSP, VAR, and SI relationships at a B2B technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes, specifically partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Experience working in EMEA or multi-country regions with diverse market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem and the ability to quickly master product use cases.
  • Background in fintech, cybersecurity, public sector, or risk/compliance software.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PRM tools, deal registration processes, and partner performance tracking.
  • Experience managing environments where direct sales and indirect routes to market coexist.
  • Comfort working across multiple time zones within a global organization.
