Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Support employee relations for US-based staff, including handling grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
  • Monitor US employment legislation and update internal policies accordingly.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Drive HR operational efficiencies through the adoption of new technology and optimized workflows.
  • Handle hands-on administration, including background checks, contracting, and benefits processing.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to conduct candidate meetings at the New York office.

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced People/HR advisor role.
  • Must be based in the US to support regional employees and legislation.
  • Proficiency in managing employee data and maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR inbox management.
  • English: C1+ (strong written and verbal communication).
  • Interest in UK employment legislation and HR processes.
