Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per annum

What you will do
- Support employee relations for US-based staff, including handling grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- Monitor US employment legislation and update internal policies accordingly.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Drive HR operational efficiencies through the adoption of new technology and optimized workflows.
- Handle hands-on administration, including background checks, contracting, and benefits processing.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to conduct candidate meetings at the New York office.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced People/HR advisor role.
- Must be based in the US to support regional employees and legislation.
- Proficiency in managing employee data and maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR inbox management.
- English: C1+ (strong written and verbal communication).
- Interest in UK employment legislation and HR processes.
