TL;DR

Senior Influencer Product Manager (SaaS): architecting growth and scaling influencer partnerships across global markets with an accent on translating product marketing priorities into revenue-generating campaigns. Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Kaunas) or Remote (Anywhere in the world)

Salary: €3,000–€5,000 per month (gross)

What you will do

  • Define and execute end-to-end global influencer strategies for an owned product across all focus markets.
  • Partner with the Product Head and Product Marketing Lead to integrate influencer insights into GTM discussions.
  • Oversee regional execution by defining campaign priorities, success metrics, and strategic direction.
  • Recruit and activate high-potential influencers and build scalable partnership frameworks.
  • Own product-specific influencer KPIs and report performance and forecasts to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing with a track record of driving measurable revenue.
  • Experience translating GTM priorities into influencer campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Ability to align and direct cross-functional and regional teams across product and marketing functions.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on revenue impact.
  • Data-driven approach to building performance frameworks and optimizing market performance.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required for working across cultures and time zones.

  • Background in international tech, SaaS, or digital products.
