Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid - 3 days in office required)

What you will do

  • Manage a global portfolio of mid-market accounts, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to contracting.
  • Develop account strategies and map contacts to identify growth opportunities and maximize product impact.
  • Articulate the value of coaching solutions to differentiate from competitors and meet client objectives.
  • Oversee renewals and expansion sales while maintaining accurate pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Project manage onboarding from contract close to launch, advising clients on best practices for adoption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client partners through regular reviews and touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work (3 days/week).
  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales or customer success managing complex relationships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, delivering demos, and managing inbound requests.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
