TL;DR

Global Enterprise Account Manager (Sales): Driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with enterprise-level clients for digital coaching solutions with an accent on strategic account planning and stakeholder engagement. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, conducting high-level negotiations, and delivering value-driven solutions within the HR consulting and L&D space.

Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid, 3 days in office required).

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of global enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
  • Conduct high-level presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic business reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives.
  • Provide strategic guidance based on deep understanding of the client's industry and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or account management with a proven track record.
  • 3+ years of experience driving revenue growth in an enterprise or global account role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global accounts and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
