Location: US-based role (Houston, TX)

Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 annually

What you will do

  • Cultivate and pursue new enterprise opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using corporate sales technology.
  • Represent hirify.global's value propositions to prospects and existing enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with engagement management, marketing, legal, finance, and delivery teams to close deals.
  • Identify client needs to sell value-added consulting services and custom application development.
  • Manage legal relationships, including contract renewals, NDAs, and MSAs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT services sales or business development roles.
  • 4+ years of experience specifically selling into the Oil & Gas vertical.
  • Must be based in the USA (Houston, TX).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and confidence in executive-level communication.
