TL;DR

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

  • Cultivate and pursue opportunities with new and existing enterprise clients across the full sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using sales technology.
  • Represent hirify.global's value propositions to prospects and executives.
  • Collaborate with engagement management, marketing, legal, and delivery teams to close deals.
  • Identify client goals to sell custom application development and consulting services.
  • Manage legal relationships, including MSAs, NDAs, and contract renewals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT services sales or business development.
  • 4+ years of experience selling specifically into manufacturing verticals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to support client needs.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: prospecting, qualification, and negotiation.
  • Experience in professional services organizations and confidence in executive-level communication.
