What you will do

  • Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies for a defined list of government agencies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders by aligning IT initiatives with agency missions.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and positioning meetings to build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to create and exceed annual revenue growth plans.
  • Manage the full sales process, from opportunity identification to successful closure.
  • Provide ongoing account management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 7+ years of experience selling enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex accounts.
  • Deep understanding of business drivers within the IT landscape.
  • Strong experience with defined sales processes and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience working for or with Public Sector focused Value-Added Resellers (VARs) or System Integrators.
