TL;DR

hirify.global is an institutionally focused global digital asset platform providing regulated exchange infrastructure and market data services via CoinDesk.

What you will do

  • Identify and originate new institutional client relationships with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, fintechs, and family offices across Europe.
  • Manage a portfolio of senior institutional accounts, engaging decision-makers at the Director, MD, and C-suite levels.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and product education to commercial negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to ensure the offering meets European institutional needs.
  • Represent the firm at senior industry events and forums to raise hirify.global's profile in the digital asset community.
  • Monitor European regulatory developments, including MiCA and BaFin, to ensure a compliant sales approach.

Requirements

  • 10–14 years of institutional sales or business development experience within European financial services.
  • An established network of active C-suite relationships across European financial institutions and crypto-native firms.
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems and productivity tools to manage pipelines.
  • Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to regulated European exchanges or trading infrastructure providers.
  • Existing relationships with crypto-native European institutions or digital asset funds.
  • Fluency in German, French, Italian, and/or Spanish.
  • Familiarity with MiCA’s CASP licensing framework.
