What you will do

• Execute on-campus recruitment strategies for graduate and internship roles within the Trading department.
• Identify and source top talent across the APAC region using social media and market mapping.
• Manage the full selection process, including scheduling, assessments, and candidate communication.
• Represent the company at career fairs, info-sessions, and competitions while driving new initiatives.
• Collaborate with global Recruitment and Communications teams to implement a strong regional employer branding strategy.
• Support experienced replacement hires and use data and market insights to optimize hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience across both campus and experienced recruitment.
• Mandatory experience in executing tailored marketing campaigns.
• Essential in-house recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle simultaneous tasks with urgency in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Experience with Trading or Global Markets recruitment is advantageous.
