What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-impact roles across African markets.
• Proactively source top-tier talent through direct outreach, referrals, and local networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role priorities and success criteria.
• Deliver a high-quality, transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and data to optimize recruitment processes and performance.
• Build and nurture a strong personal and company talent network across Africa.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced startup or high-performance agency.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Demonstrated ability to hire at volume without compromising on quality.
• Strong local exposure and active talent network across African markets.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with a hunter mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from Abidjan.
