Recruiter (Fintech): Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to fill various roles across departments with an accent on candidate sourcing and qualification. Focus on building strong pipelines, utilizing ATS data, and providing a high-touch candidate experience.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Greenwich, CT or New York, NY. Candidates in NY are expected to train in Greenwich and visit the Greenwich office once a week.

Salary: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

What you will do

• Source, review, and screen resumes to qualify candidates for recommendation to hiring managers.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and job postings to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage candidate progression and data accuracy within the Greenhouse ATS.
• Support strategic HR projects focused on diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement.
• Monitor industry recruiting trends to effectively identify top-tier skillsets.
• Deliver a "white glove" professional recruiting experience to all prospective candidates.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of recruitment experience in either an in-house or agency setting.
• Proven ability to assess resumes and conduct effective initial screening calls.
• Must be based in Greenwich, CT or New York, NY.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
