What you will do

• Coordinate global interview logistics across various teams and time zones.
• Lead candidate experience initiatives, including feedback surveys and monthly reporting.
• Manage job postings, ATS data quality, and pipeline organization.
• Assist with employer branding, LinkedIn campaigns, and content creation.
• Oversee the employee referral program and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Drive process innovation, document best practices, and support tooling initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or project support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Paris or London.
