Account Manager (AdTech/Gaming): Fostering long-term partner relationships in mobile gaming and adtech, driving revenue growth through strategic account management with an accent on data-driven insights, upsell opportunities, and performance optimization. Focus on designing account strategies, delivering professional QBRs, translating feedback into product features, and cross-functional collaboration to align with business objectives.
Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany - office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays; remote Mondays and Fridays. This is not a remote-only position.

What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor, managing high-touch relationships for long-term loyalty.
- Design and execute account strategies to scale revenue, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize LTV.
- Monitor KPIs, synthesize data into actionable insights, and deliver professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Bridge commercial teams and Product by translating partner feedback into roadmap requirements and revenue features.
- Lead cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to streamline workflows and resolve challenges.
- Benchmark partner performance against client objectives and internal metrics.
Requirements
- 2-3 years proven experience in adtech, gaming, rewarded advertising, user acquisition, or related digital industries.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, able to turn sales data into actionable strategies.
- Sales-driven "hunter" mentality focused on exponential growth.
- Full professional fluency in English with strong negotiation skills.
- Ambitious self-starter who exceeds targets proactively.
