What you will do
- Define and own the master brand strategy, narrative, and verbal identity framework.
- Partner with Design and Editorial Directors to act as a joint taste filter for all brand output.
- Develop integrated brand campaigns that reframe the AI category and build awareness.
- Manage the cultural calendar and identify high-impact brand partnerships.
- Lead and grow a team of brand strategists, writers, and producers.
- Oversee brand presence in physical spaces, including events, office experiences, and merchandise.
Requirements
- 15+ years in brand, creative, or marketing leadership with at least 4–5 years at a senior level.
- Proven track record of creative work (campaigns, launches, identities) with a strong portfolio.
- Deep fluency in contemporary culture and ability to translate it into commercial work.
- Experience leading creative teams and managing external agency partners.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- English proficiency: C1+ required.
Nice to have
- Direct experience marketing technical products to technical buyers.
- Established network in design, fashion, music, or publishing.
- Strong point of view on the intersection of AI and creative work.
