What you will do

  • Develop campaign and brand plans, including brand voice, messaging, and content architecture.
  • Conduct market research on UK trends and user behavior to identify winning messaging angles.
  • Create strategic blueprints for digital content and translate them into executable assets.
  • Oversee production workflows for high-volume video ads and performance-driven content.
  • Analyze performance data (CTR, conversion, CPA) to iterate and scale creative assets.
  • Maintain alignment with the new UK brand voice while exploring creative boundaries.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy focused on performance creative or digital content.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strategic insights translated into mobile-first video content.
  • Expertise in content production workflows: scripting, storyboarding, and editing.
  • Ability to use campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to scale creative concepts.
  • Proficiency with design tools and video production/editing software.
  • Must be based in the UK
