Regional Marketing Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: UK (remote) or Düsseldorf, Germany (100% office based). Travel up to 25% may be required.

Salary: £44,600–£73,400 in the UK; €60,900–€100,200 in Germany.

What you will do

• Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across the EMEA region, including email, social media, webinars, landing pages, and digital advertising.
• Localize global marketing assets for regional languages, regulations, products, markets, and strategic priorities.
• Create audience-targeted content and coordinate regional promotions, pricing communications, and product launches.
• Drive demand generation through lead-generation campaigns, segmentation lists, and nurture flows.
• Optimize webpages, metadata, SEO content, social posts, and A/B testing to improve reach and engagement.
• Track campaign performance, maintain reporting and KPI updates, ensure CRM data quality, and enforce brand and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, biotechnology, or B2B technical markets.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Folloze.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt content for scientific audiences and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
