What you will do

• Coordinate production schedules, material planning, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery and minimize shortages.
• Manage a network of suppliers and contractors to ensure they meet agreed delivery, quality, and capacity requirements.
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP and/or Q-Muzik) for MRP, configuration management, and change control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and process reliability.
• Maintain financial compliance through accurate budgeting, cost control, and verification of quotations.
• Provide visibility of delivery risks and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic Engineering and a qualification in Production, Project, or Operations Management.
• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in a high-mix, low-volume electronic manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP or Q-Muzik.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic manufacturing and testing environments.
• Location: Must be based in Pretoria, South Africa
