What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
• Implement lean practices and process improvements to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff to foster accountability and high performance.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through precision counting, audits, and system reconciliations using Sage.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and quality teams to align warehouse activities with broader business goals.
• Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a similar field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehouse or operational leadership.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of specific experience in warehouse leadership.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse systems.
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills.
