What you will do

• Process consigned material POs, create material transfers, and update accurate quantities per bin type.
• Coordinate the transfer of materials from 3PL to contract manufacturers and external warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze weekly shortage lists for critical and long-lead items to maintain optimal material flow.
• Monitor consigned material inventory levels at contract manufacturers and warehouses to ensure proper storage and space utilization.
• Track production and shipping progress to ensure alignment with provided plans and daily reporting.
• Manage the upload of required documentation including CMMS, inbound serial numbers, and proof of delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management.
• Proven experience working with contract manufacturers.
• Working knowledge of relevant software such as SAP or NetSuite.
• Experience driving continuous improvement within teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to data accuracy.
• Must be based in China.
