Production Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and short-term production scheduling.
• Review customer sales orders and manage due dates to improve DIFOT (Delivery in Full on Time).
• Continuously analyze production capacity, stock levels, and material availability to maintain production flow.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to align production priorities.
• Maintain accurate planning data using MRP/ERP systems and prepare operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, preferably in heavy industry.
• Proven experience in MPS, capacity planning, and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
