Compensation: $125,000–$130,000 plus $15k target bonus

What you will do

• Lead and develop production execution activities across multiple business lines in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Manage the master production schedule to ensure alignment with customer demand and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate between Sales, Supply Chain, and Production departments to optimize capacity and resource utilization.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuous production flow.
• Supervise and nurture a Business Solutions Team of 9-15 FTEs to maximize effectiveness and growth.
• Oversee the implementation and expansion of AI-based tools and MES systems to monitor shop floor activities.

Requirements

• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive management experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred), MRP, and MES systems.
• Proven experience in Sales & Operational Planning, product launches, and customer implementations.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment with frequent transitions between office and high-security production floors.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
