What you will do

• Monitor end-to-end transaction flows and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruption.
• Execute loan processing, reconciliation, fees, settlement, and confirmations within strict SLAs.
• Investigate and escalate cash, system, transactional, and data reconciliation breaks.
• Provide clients with guidance on payment formats, cut-off times, and regulatory requirements.
• Support onboarding activities, ensuring the correct setup of accounts and payment channels.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including AML and Sanctions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operations role within Corporate, Wholesale, or Institutional Banking.
• Knowledge of Corporate Lending, Trade and Commodity Finance, and Value Chain Finance.
• Proficiency with settlement and payment systems such as SWIFT, RTGS, FPS, CNAPS, and Direct Entry.
• Willingness and ability to work the specified shift (12:30pm - 9pm) to support the Asia time zone.
• Must be based in Sydney to support the hybrid work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience supporting countries within the Asia Pacific region.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese language.
