What you will do

• Reconcile daily loan disbursements and repayments against bank statements and internal loan ledgers.
• Reconcile income and expense data between the client’s lending system and third-party broker dashboard platforms.
• Monitor overdue loan accounts and reconcile collections received against outstanding principal and interest balances.
• Manage and reconcile large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Maintain accuracy of loan records within HubSpot CRM and internal loan management databases.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification (or final-year candidate actively taking exams).
• Collections or loan repayment experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-obsessed mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a high-velocity, technology-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Orgmeter or similar lending data aggregation platforms.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Make, or basic scripts).
• Previous experience in Australian lending, fintech, or private credit.
