What you will do

  • Drive regional business development, including lead generation and market penetration.
  • Grow market share by converting prospects into active buy- and sell-side marketplace users.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with airlines, MROs, lessors, and OEMs.
  • Develop high-impact sales proposals and represent the company at industry events.
  • Ensure achievement of order intake targets and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product features and marketplace services.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, digital technology, aviation, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of commercial experience in aviation or digital marketplaces.
  • Proven track record in customer relations management and sales conversion.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required by the role.
  • Must be based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur.
