What you will do
- Drive regional business development, including lead generation and market penetration.
- Grow market share by converting prospects into active buy- and sell-side marketplace users.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with airlines, MROs, lessors, and OEMs.
- Develop high-impact sales proposals and represent the company at industry events.
- Ensure achievement of order intake targets and financial objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product features and marketplace services.
Requirements
- Degree in business, digital technology, aviation, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of commercial experience in aviation or digital marketplaces.
- Proven track record in customer relations management and sales conversion.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel regionally as required by the role.
- Must be based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur.
