What you will do

• Launch new experience categories by identifying and onboarding supply partners and distribution partnerships across Singapore.
• Nurture relationships with existing major partners, including iconic attractions like Gardens by the Bay and Universal Studios Singapore.
• Collaborate with internal Operations, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth of bookings.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize business strategies within Singapore and the broader APAC region.

Requirements

• Must currently be based in Singapore.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in consumer tech, travel tech, or marketplace startups.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or another Asian language.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a global perspective, comfortable working across different cultural backgrounds and time zones.
• Experience working with CRM tools.

• Experience scaling sales or business development functions within a travel or e-commerce startup.
