What you will do

• Manage and nurture strategic relationships with educational authorities, higher education institutions, and schools in Indonesia.
• Lead outreach activities and negotiate agreements to expand market presence and build awareness of hirify.global programmes.
• Orchestrate cross-functional support for schools across their entire journey from candidacy to advocacy.
• Provide consultative guidance and data-driven insights to help schools optimize their programme implementation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate retention risks and lead service recovery efforts for dissatisfied partners.
• Translate local education landscape insights into strategic country-level priorities for the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or Business-related disciplines.
• Proven experience in school leadership, education management, and business development.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Location: Based in Singapore.
• Professional accreditation or experience in project management or business analysis.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience in hirify.global Educator Network roles such as consultant, workshop leader, or school visit team member.
