Location: Hybrid (Tokyo, Japan) — at least 3 days per week in-office

What you will do
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities to drive new business development and revenue growth in Korea and Japan.
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships with senior stakeholders to align solutions with evolving needs.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development through to deal closure.
- Execute short- and long-term sales strategies across the assigned territory.
- Coordinate across internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience within financial markets with a track record as a new business hunter.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic client relationships at senior levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

- Experience selling financial technology, market data, or SaaS solutions.
- Established network within the Korean or Japanese financial services industry.
- Familiarity with capital markets, trading platforms, or regulatory technology.
