• Lead the People Partners function to ensure high-quality HR advisory for business units across all geographies.
• Serve as the primary interface between the HRBP team and the SVP People.
• Act as the key decision-maker on cross-perimeter and sensitive HR topics.
• Translate business priorities into scalable human capital strategies.
• Manage, align, and equip a team of senior HRBPs for operational excellence.
• Maintain workforce cost discipline and lead large-scale transformation projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading People Partner/HRBP functions.
• Ability to ground people decisions in both business reality and consistent people principles.
• Experience managing senior HRBPs in a global context.
