What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze recruiting requirements.
- Design, implement, and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functionality for new entities, including job requisitions and recruiting flows.
- Configure Core HR areas tied to recruiting needs (e.g., Pending Worker, Onboarding, Hiring, Security).
- Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure recruitment templates, approval hierarchies, and recruiting security roles; enhance UX with Redwood and reporting with Recruiting Analytics/OTBI.
- Support system testing (SIT/UAT), go-live and hyper care; manage extracts, integrations (OIC), and HDL/HSDL uploads; maintain functional documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting and Oracle Core HR.
- Experience with Journeys, Self-Service (MSS/ESS), and Redwood/VB UX configuration.
- Experience with multi-country ORC implementations.
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and data migration processes.
- Project management experience and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certifications (Recruiting/HR and Core HR).
- Experience influencing, coaching, and advising team members.
- Exposure to AI Agents.
