TL;DR
Senior Director, Global Order to Cash: Lead the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of global Order to Cash operations across billing, collections, credit, customer master data, and cash application with an accent on global controls, CSA/TSA service delivery, and transformation. Focus on scaling performance across North America, EMEA, and APAC while strengthening governance, reconciliation, and automation using SAP and related billing platforms.
Location: Hybrid (CNBC Headquarters, Englewood Cliffs, NJ; generally from the office at least three days per week)
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end Order to Cash process design and execution across multiple business models, platforms, and regions (North America, EMEA, APAC).
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, credit management, customer master data, and cash application aligned to contractual obligations and revenue recognition policies.
- Oversee global policies and controls for billing, collections, credit risk, unapplied cash, and customer data governance; manage Due To/Due From reconciliation under CSA agreements.
- Define and track Order to Cash KPIs (DSO, aging, unapplied cash, billing accuracy, collection effectiveness, customer satisfaction) and drive measurable improvements.
- Lead global people management for internal and outsourced resources; serve as primary escalation point for business units and senior stakeholders.
- Drive transformation by improving accuracy, efficiency, automation, scalability, and control, including leveraging AI-based reconciliation tools and transitioning TSA/CSA services to standalone models.
Requirements
- Location/Work pattern: Hybrid role based at CNBC Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, with office contribution generally at least three days per week.
- 10+ years of experience leading Order to Cash functions in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
- Deep knowledge of billing, collections, credit management, customer master data, cash application, and accounts receivable operations.
- Strong understanding of global Order to Cash controls, regulatory compliance, revenue recognition, and unapplied cash reconciliation.
- Experience managing internal teams and third-party BPO/shared service/outsourced providers.
- Strong systems experience across ERP/billing/CRM/collections platforms, including SAP and Salesforce.
