What you will do

• Assist in the execution of display window changes, merchandise updates, and planogram layouts.
• Create dynamic product displays featuring dolls and complementary items.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards consistent with brand vision.
• Troubleshoot display issues based on product availability and business needs.
• Provide assistance to customers and support store operations as needed.
• Develop cooperative relationships with staff, management, and corporate partners.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Knowledge of visual principles with an emphasis on construction and detail.
• Ability to lift and push a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Manual skills in doll styling and minor assembly preferred.
