Salary: $99,400 – $134,715

What you will do

• Partner with store leadership to manage the talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Drive performance management processes, ensuring individual development plans are created and executed effectively.
• Provide change management support and coach leaders to enable high performance and associate engagement.
• Administer compensation guidelines and perform analysis to retain top talent.
• Conduct regular travel throughout the assigned region to support store operations and leadership development.
• Analyze associate opinion survey results and facilitate action planning to improve workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 4 years of proven human resources experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and associate relations.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required for travel.
• Retail background with multi-unit, multi-state experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to maintain high professionalism and confidentiality.
