What you will do

  • Partner with global leaders, COEs, and regional managers to execute complex HR programs across the Americas.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on US labor law and handle primary employee relations issues.
  • Advise managers on performance assessments, merit cycles, promotion planning, and underperformance management.
  • Manage key phases of the M&A lifecycle, including HR document review and integration.
  • Analyze regional employee engagement results and lead improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects, including onboarding and the incorporation of AI technology into HR workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 3+ years of experience in a regional HR role.
  • Experience handling complex employee relations and building relationships with all levels of leadership.
  • Proven ability to work in a global organization across different time zones and cultures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Burlington, MA.
