Salary: $89,250 – $110,250

What you will do
- Partner with global leaders, COEs, and regional managers to execute complex HR programs across the Americas.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on US labor law and handle primary employee relations issues.
- Advise managers on performance assessments, merit cycles, promotion planning, and underperformance management.
- Manage key phases of the M&A lifecycle, including HR document review and integration.
- Analyze regional employee engagement results and lead improvement efforts.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects, including onboarding and the incorporation of AI technology into HR workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in a regional HR role.
- Experience handling complex employee relations and building relationships with all levels of leadership.
- Proven ability to work in a global organization across different time zones and cultures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Burlington, MA.
