Location: Must be based in California with up to 25% travel to retail stores and 4x annual travel to headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 annually.

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Regional and District Leaders on performance management, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
- Lead complex employee relations investigations, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment law.
- Execute regional talent strategies to build a diverse leadership pipeline and support store-level management development.
- Analyze people metrics and engagement data to identify trends and implement long-term solutions.
- Partner with Learning & Development to deliver leadership programs that improve retention and readiness.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives through education and inclusive organizational practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in California.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a significant focus on employee relations.
- Proven experience supporting multi-site retail or field-based organizations.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, ER investigations, and performance management.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for business needs.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Prior retail management or operations leadership experience.
- Experience leading large-scale change or transformation initiatives.
