Salary: $128,500 – $175,245

What you will do

• Lead the execution of the RFID and Omnichannel store technology roadmap.
• Monitor success metrics and KPIs for inventory accuracy and fulfillment performance.
• Identify process gaps and implement sustainable fixes across people, process, and technology.
• Manage large-scale, multi-year initiatives from concept through pilot and stabilization.
• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for RFID and Omni store technology.
• Manage vendor performance, deliverables, and cross-functional partnerships with IT, Digital, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in retail store operations, technology, or omnichannel environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience leading RFID or inventory accuracy programs at scale.
• Must be authorized for employment in the United States.
• Flexibility to travel an average of 2-4 days a month.
