What you will do

• Conduct outbound calling and respond to inbound sales inquiries to secure client appointments.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial lead contact to pre-qualification application.
• Master the mortgage lending environment and effectively overcome client objections.
• Maintain rigorous prospecting and follow-up activities to meet daily and weekly productivity quotas.
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal mortgage lending laws.
• Track and report sales metrics to management during regular accountability meetings.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Columbia, MO.
• Must obtain and maintain a National NMLS license and required state licensing.
• Proven track record of sales success against established quotas.
• Experience in calling mortgage leads and understanding of various loan programs.
• Exceptional phone skills with the ability to spend 80-90% of the workday on calls.
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn CRM software, Microsoft Office, and industry-specific marketing tools.
