What you will do

• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on robotic manufacturing cells.
• Diagnose root causes of system failures and restore production quickly.
• Provide hands-on technical support to customer operators and maintenance teams.
• Log service activity, asset updates, and spare parts in CMMS platforms.
• Monitor system performance remotely using fleet dashboards and tools.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, including LOTO and industrial compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on field service experience with robotic or industrial automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, PLC, or robotic control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic drawings.
• Comfortable with local travel up to 80% and overnight travel up to 50%.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and disciplined field execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with 6-axis robot brands like Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa, ABB, or Universal Robots.
• Familiarity with palletizing, case packing, or conveyor systems.
• Experience in food, beverage, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing.
• Spanish language proficiency.
