Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000

What you will do

• Install and configure hardware systems at customer facilities.
• Manage implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Perform incident response and troubleshooting for robotics operations.
• Educate customer teams on the operation of embodied-AI systems.
• Collaborate with product engineering to drive system improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to drive/rent cars.
• Experience running autonomous robots in uncontrolled environments.
• Proficiency with robotic stacks, Ubuntu, ROS, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with electrical diagnosis and mechanical repair.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time to customer sites.
