Salary: $116,600 – $177,800 per year

What you will do

• Design and program high-performance automation systems for assembly, inspection, and reagent dispensing.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams to support new product development.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot automation hardware and software to ensure reliable performance.
• Enhance current manufacturing capabilities through the implementation of advanced automation.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of systems used for microfluidic assay cartridges and other emerging products.

Requirements

• Experience in the design and programming of high-performance industrial automation systems.
• Ability to validate and troubleshoot complex automation hardware and software.
• Strong collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify used for validation).
