What you will do

• Design and optimize end-to-end activation and trial experiences from signup through to paid conversion.
• Analyze funnel data and user behavior to identify drop-offs and define design-led solutions.
• Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure design impact.
• Improve onboarding flows for traditional and AI-driven agentic interfaces.
• Enhance discoverability of advanced features through improved information architecture.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in product design with a focus on growth, activation, or retention.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or freemium models.
• Strong background in experimentation, hypothesis definition, and data-driven evaluation.
• Familiarity with developer workflows including APIs, SDKs, and CLI tools.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
