TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (In-person Mondays and Thursdays)

Salary: $165,000 - $205,000

hirify.global builds software for state and county government agencies to reinvent social services, specifically focusing on child welfare.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end design across the full product suite, including Licensing, Family Finding, and AI packages.
  • Collaborate with product managers on research and ideation to solve pain points for caseworkers, agency leadership, and families.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using AI design tools to validate ideas.
  • Develop and scale the company's design system to support growing product surface areas.
  • Ensure strict compliance with WCAG accessibility standards for government users.
  • Iterate on collaboration processes between design, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco office on a hybrid schedule.
  • Expertise with AI prototyping tools such as Lovable, Claude, or Cursor.
  • Experience working with complex B2B, enterprise, or government software.
  • Strong skills in workflow mapping and wireframing.
  • Proven track record of mentoring teammates and implementing scalable processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for accessibility and WCAG compliance.
  • Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
