Salary: $165,000 - $205,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end design across the full product suite, including Licensing, Family Finding, and AI packages.
- Collaborate with product managers on research and ideation to solve pain points for caseworkers, agency leadership, and families.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using AI design tools to validate ideas.
- Develop and scale the company's design system to support growing product surface areas.
- Ensure strict compliance with WCAG accessibility standards for government users.
- Iterate on collaboration processes between design, product, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco office on a hybrid schedule.
- Expertise with AI prototyping tools such as Lovable, Claude, or Cursor.
- Experience working with complex B2B, enterprise, or government software.
- Strong skills in workflow mapping and wireframing.
- Proven track record of mentoring teammates and implementing scalable processes.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for accessibility and WCAG compliance.
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
