TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Audit): Designing and optimizing complex audit and assurance workflows for a B2B platform with an accent on AI-assisted workflows and system thinking. Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (USA)
Salary: $175K – $210K + Equity

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows from problem definition through shipment.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and balance business goals with technical constraints.
- Translate customer research and business goals into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI.
- Design AI-assisted workflows (such as review and summarization) to modernize audit processes.
- Contribute to the design system, mentor peers, and maintain a high bar for craft and consistency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (San Francisco or Remote).
- Experience owning complex, ambiguous problem spaces autonomously with minimal direction.
- Proven ability to operate at high velocity in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Experience incorporating AI into daily design practice and designing AI-assisted workflows into products.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to anticipate downstream impacts across personas and workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for audit, accounting, compliance, or other regulated B2B SaaS domains.
- Experience with role-based permissions and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
- Background in zero-to-one product development or major product re-architecture.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
