Salary: $249,600 - $312,000

What you will do
- Define the payer strategy and roadmap in close partnership with the Head of Payer Product and Engineering Director.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements and clinical standards into intuitive, human-centered user experiences.
- Design high-fidelity flows and information architecture for both providers and payers.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and MagicPatterns to prototype and iterate directly in code.
- Conduct user research and interview customers to validate solutions for BAU projects.
- Contribute to the design system and mentor the team on AI-driven design practices and prompts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a product designer, with a focus on operational tools, regulated workflows, or multi-sided platforms.
- Proven track record of shipping polished products that balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory obligations.
- High proficiency in visual and interaction design, emphasizing precision and system usability.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and scope work effectively from rapid prototyping to deep exploration.
- AI fluency: active use of tools like Claude, Cursor, and MagicPatterns in the professional workflow.
- Must be located in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.
